The posts and messages don't show properly, because you don't have a browser or an app configured to support that region. It also depends on what you're trying to view: a browser page, messages from SMS, etc. However, to install a compatible application to view Punjabi language, simply access the Play Store and search for "Punjabi + type of application". For example, type Punjabi SMS and you'll find SMS applications that have support for that language.
