No, the software/device can't be controlled with an iPhone. The Media Server will provide files and content through DLNA sharing. There is no way to control that with the help of an iPhone. If you want to control the contents, you can install Teamviewer on your phone and then connect to the PC where the Media Server is attached to. This is the only way.
Teamviewer is required on both sides (phone and PC).
