I used to have ACT 2000 software on my computer before it crashed. I have all the files on my USB Flash Drive backed up. If I buy new ACT 2000 software will I be able to access to the files on my USB Flash Drive?

The answer is yes, you can have them but it also depends on the method of delivery of the software. If the files are backed up, then you can have them for later use. Your USB acts as a storage device where you can copy and delete all the files you need. Basically, when you purchase new software there is no need to wipe the USB drive in order to access to the files you need and yes as long as the files are there, the new software will recognize and use them accordingly.
