The problem is not related with the browser, the email service itself or with any website code instead it is related to JavaScript. Although many modern browsers have JavaScript installed by default and support most of the websites coded in Java it’s still possible that you need to download the Javascript runtime. A different approach to the problem lies in the fact that you may try to get back to factory defaults regarding your browser by resetting all settings and deleting all cache and cookies. You can do this by visiting the options menu then advanced and click on Reset.
Then you will need to log in and enter your credentials again. Also please install the latest Java Runtime and restart your computer.
