Photoshop doesn't have a recovery mechanism to restore the file. If the PSD was deleted by mistake, then you can attempt a recover operation using a dedicated application created for this procedure. I recommend installing Recuva then using the Wizard feature and choose the file type as well as partition where the file was stored. Check Deep Scan during the scanning phase to increase the chances of recovering the file.
Once the result list appears, use the Search field to narrow down results until the file is found. Right-click it and choose another partition to save the file.
