If your documents are in paper, they need to be transcribed onto computer. To speed up the process, this can be done with an OCR application like ABBYY FineReader. The application supports direct conversion to Word from where you can assign fonts as desired. There is no other way to do it directly from the printer because the F4100 can't replace the text on the paper. Optical Character Recognition software needs to be used.
