No, there is no other similar application with the same features like Privy Chat provided. I have checked the Play Store link and the app is no longer allowed to be hosted on Google. The developer either removed the application or the app violated ToS of Google and it has been removed automatically. I have checked websites for alternatives, but not result came up as viable for this operation.
However, the only way to block the SEEN message is through a Chrome extension.
