I received a rude message on my Viber from a person who is unknown to me. I want to delete both the message & contact from my account. How do I do that?
The first thing to do is to note down the number of the sender and make a screenshot of the message you received. Upload the image to a free service (eg. imgur). After this procedure, select Block this Contact from the Options menu. Then open a browser and go to the following address: https://support.viber.com/customer/portal/emails/new?b_id=3838&q=report+spam
Fill the form as it says and choose Technical Issue > Other. State your message, attach the link to the picture and Viber will take care of the rest.
