It's not possible to increase the memory and RAM because these components are physical. To increase the storage support, you can add a microSD card. For the RAM, the only thing you can do is to install an application to monitor it and then at certain intervals, cleaning can occur. There is an app for that called Clean Master. I also have it installed and it clears between 50-250 MB of RAM when the phone is in idle or when I need it the most.
Visit your local phone carrier to obtain an upgrade for the phone or a new phone.
