I'm unable to take screenshots in Lava Iris 349. Is it possible or not, please tell me?
The phone does not have a default way to take screenshots which means you will have to take advantage of an app. The app's name is Screenshot Easy. You can download it through the Play Store app on your phone or using the following link through the browser: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.screenshoteasy
After it's installed, the software will check for ROOT. It's OK if you don't have it because there will be other ways to take pictures.
The pictures are found in the Screenshots folder on the Gallery app.
