No sound in downloaded videos on Nokia 2690

I don't hear sounds in downloaded videos on Nokia 2690. Why does this happen?

Although the videos play correctly, it's the audio codec that's causing this issue. You will need to copy the videos to your computer and then convert them to another format in order to change the audio codec. The Nokia 2690 supports the following codec format: MP3/eAAC+/WAV/WMA.

Convert videos using apps found through the database of Software Informer.
