How to install KK Dictionary on my Windows 7 PC?

I have tried installing the application and encountered and error. Then I used the Troubleshoot Compatibility option found when you right click the installation package. Use it and then click on Try Recommended Settings. The setup will run normally and you will have the possibility to install it normally.
