Downloaded Stims, but the program won't open.

Question

I downloaded the Stims app on my laptop (Windows os) and although I can see the app in my programs, I cant open it up. It's not functioning properly. I should be able to indicate how long I want my desktop left open and running. I select "open" but then nothing happens. What did I do wrong?

There are two possible cases for this issue:

1. The software is not compatible with your current operating system. I have installed it on Windows 7 x64 and it worked normally.

2. When launched, the application doesn't do anything, but if you check the system try, you will see that it's there with an icon like a pill. Right click it to bring the menu.
