Request for Quote!

I am writing you to let you know that one our re-sellers has requested to source your product through SYNNEX Corp. We are a North American IT distribution company, supplying hardware and software vendors to re-seller customers and not directly to end users.

May I request a quote for the following?

Product: Meanders Annotator for Microsoft Office 2007/2010 over Windows 2008 Qty:1

Please advise on the below questions as well:

1. Will you allow SYNNEX to sell direct to a re-seller; instead of direct to an end user?
2. If so, do you require an agreement to do business? If so, please send the document or link to the agreement.
3. Please advise if you offer Distribution/R-eseller Discounts? 4.Please advise if you Quantity Discounts?
4. Is the software hard copy or ESD?
5. Would it be possible to receive a complete Parts/Product List; including Part #s & distributor/re-seller discounts?

Unfortunately, the developer of the application is out of the business. I have checked the official website, but the page doesn't load. This means it's practically impossible to answer all these questions. I have checked the domain on Archive and it appears it expired a very long time ago. It's not possible to re-sell the product, even if you find downloading links.
