Adobe Flash Player has been discontinued for mobile phones (eg. Android), but you have the possibility to install the latest released version from the Adobe website. Access the page and scroll down to the Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives. Download the latest APK file and install it on your phone. To use Flash content, install Dolphin Browser and make sure the Flash component is activated in the Settings menu.
