If it doesn't work, I suggest you upgrade the utility to the latest version. Navigate to the official web page, click the Install now button, save the file to your computer, close your browser and install the application following the on-screen instructions. After that, enable the plugin from your browser options.
If you're using Internet Explorer, press the Alt key and from the Tools menu select Manage add-ons. Click the Adobe Flash Player/Shockwave Flash Object from the Toolbars and Extensions list and press the the Enable button.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox, click the 
icon, select Add-ons and press the Plugins button. From the drop-down list next to Adobe Flash Player/Shokwave Flash select Always Activate and restart the browser.
On Opera, you need to open the main menu and to select Plug-ins from the Developers tools. After that, you need to press the Enable button below Adobe Flash Player.
In Chrome, Adobe Flash Player plugin should be installed and enabled by default. If not, type chrome://plugins in the address bar and click the Enable button below Adobe Flash Player.
