If the application switched folders, the only way to find them is by accessing its configuration settings. Go to through the application's settings until you locate the path. Another solution is to use the Registry Editor. Go to Start > Run > regedit. Expand Local_Machine, Software and then look for the developer of the application. The path should be defined in the registry. Double click the item when you find it and then input your path in the form as it was previously set up. Confirm the changes, restart the application and that's it.
