I am using Outlook Express and when I'm trying to send emails I get the following error:

"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Scoil Eimear', Server:
'scanner.scoilnet.ie', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 4.7.0 Not
allowed.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number:
0x800CCC67".

How can I solve it?

Firstly, in order to fix the problem, make sure that you're connected to Internet. If the connection is fine, delete suspicious email messages from your mailbox and try again. Also, configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow Outlook Express to communicate. If this is not helping, try repairing the software using the instructions provided by Microsoft. If none of these solve the problems, check the Error occurs when you send or receive an email message in Outlook or Outlook Express page for further solutions.
