This is a computer application which means it can't be full. If the term full appeared, then it means your partition is low on space. However, right click its shortcut and access Properties > Open File location. Locate the temporary directory in the installation folder and then delete its contents (the software needs to be closed during this phase). Additionally, install CCLeaner and and use the built-in Cleaner module to delete the unnecessary files on the partition where the application is installed. Reboot the computer after this procedure and that's it.
Additionally, if you don't use Hibernation, go to Start > Run > CMD (As Administrator) and type: powercfg -h off. This command will free a lot of space.
