I have been using magicJack for five years and had no problems with it, but lately the icon from the status bar began to disappear after appearing for few seconds. My Samsung phone doesn't receive calls. Can anyone help?
The error could be caused by the following:
The battery saver function is enabled and it disables all the applications running in the background while the phone is in Stand By. Disable the feature, restart the phone, and start the application again.
The application is bugged which means you will have to re-install it. To find it in Play Store, use the Search function. Uninstall it first, then perform the installation.
