My app Software Informer won't work.

Question

I can log-in online, but can't use the app. I keep getting this error:

Any ideas on the error? I am using Windows 7.

That error occurs while retrieving updates from the database. I have copied the link and pasted it in a browser window. As a result, I was directed to a page with updates to the installed application. However, I recommend a re-installation of the software. To do this, you must delete it first by using the classic Uninstall program, then use CCLeaner to delete the obsolete registry keys. Next, download a new version of the client from its homepage and install it with a username that has Administrator access. Also, make sure to restore Internet Explorer to default state. Open Internet Explorer, then go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced> Reset.
