The device in questions doesn't have a Flight Mode which you can activate during a normal flight. The best thing to do is to turn off your phone or upgrade it to a compatible one which has the feature requested. Regarding the software, since the phone is rather old and not so friendly regarding features, you still cannot install an application (like in smartphones) which activated flight mode.
