Lumia 730 error code 80004005 while using Media Downloader.

I have a Nokia lumia 730 and I can't download The Media Downloader application. I had it on my Lumia 620, and now, when I try to download on my new device, it simply doesn't work. Appears a error code (80004005). I tried the solutions on the Microsoft website, like restarting my phone and activating the find my phone configuration. But doesn't work. What can I do now? I like this app.

Try updating the application to its latest version, then use the direct download URL to install the application on your computer. Use your phone, then swipe to left and scroll down to Store. Press the little three dots > Settings > Check for updates. Update the application and then use it with the client.
