Do you need the actual phone to put WebWatcher on or do you need just the IP address?

You will need the IP address for the computer on which the monitoring client is installed. For hand-held devices the Internet should be activated in order to retrieve the data recorded on the phone. However, the software uses the ALERT SYSTEM to send you emails with data you have checked to be sent when a certain trigger is activated.
