Where do I obtain a dongle for Windows 7 so I can access "Registry Access Viewer"?

I downloaded Registry Access Viewer, but can only access the demo mode without a dongle for Windows 7. I have never heard about an operating system dongle. Could anybody clear-up what type of dongle I need to have so as to access the Registry Editor in the Windows 7 OS?

The dongle is necessary to enable the program to start in full mode. Without the dongle (which acts as a cracking protection), the software will run in DEMO mode. In this mode, some important functions are disabled. You can check for this information using the image attached below.
