Viber Plus is not working on Sony Xperia.

I am using Sony Xperia E mobile. Now I am at Saudi Arabia. Yesterday I purchased the Viber Plus International calling card and installed it. When I make a call, the other people cannot listen my voice. I have tried many times, but it's not working. Can anyone can solve my problem? I have installed latest version only. I have tried Viber Voice as well.

Viber Plus is in no way affiliated with the official Viber application. This means the support is different and the website is as well. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is to use a way to contact the developers within the application because the Help & Support of Contact pages on the official website are not working at all.
