I have installed the application and I was able to create, backup, and manage the files and the archives. However, the Explore Image doesn't work that well. Although the software offered the possibility to mount a virtual image, it actually didn't do anything. If you keep experiencing issues, use the Contact US page and get in touch with the developer of the application. He should provide additional details about it.
