Gtalk is not available for iOS operating systems or anything that is related to Apple software. Instead of Gtalk, I would recommend the one and only alternative which has all the great Gtalk features - vTok. The application is available on the App Store. You can be certain that Vtok doesn't fall short to its counterpart. I am providing you the link to the official store application.
