When I try to send my tax report, the info box tells me I'm not connected to the Internet, although I am connected. What is this?
There could be two causes to this error:
The software isn't allowed to connect to the Internet because of a firewall or a proxy. Go to Start > Control panel > Systems and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows firewall or start Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN > Delete everything.
The application is obsolete which means you will have to download a new version from the official website. Just make sure to click the correct link.
