Cannot install STAAD Pro v8i, since it requires some extra software.

I'm trying to install the STAAD Pro v8i on my Windows 7 Ultimate X64. Every time I run the installation wizard this message pops up: "Before installing this application Bentley/IEG License Service needs to be installed" even after I install the Bentley license service. I have tried everything from uninstalling the license and re-installing it and reporting the system, but still after each time I run the install setup it gives me the same message. Any ideas?

You are probably using an older version of the License Service/Server. Visit the following page and use the instructions to download the new version. Even if the news is older, you will have to follow the links on the page to reach the download page. Once you are on the download page, the license server can be obtain. However, you need to be an active customer to download the necessary packages.
