Why all the boards on Huawei MSTP OSN 3500 got grey with no operation?

Problem: no operation do, but all the board of osn3500 become grey. Service is OK.
Version: OSN3500 V100R009C04SPC200.

You will have to check the documents on the official page for this information. Secondly, access Google and read the discussions started on various forums. There are users who encountered the same problem.
