Problem with the Huawei MSTP optix OSN 3500 transmission operation.

I have the question about OSN 3500 operation. I have three STM64 channels, one of our services is STM4*4 (2,5 Gbit/s). At first I wanted to redund the whole channel STM64 via SCNMP - one STM64 is working and other two are the protection channels - but it is not an optimal solution. The question is the following: can I protect with SCNMP only these four STM4, so that in each channel we had free 7,5 Gbit/s for traffic?

There is no troubleshooting information about this procedure. The official website lists the device and the documents that are available, but the SCNMP operation is nowhere to be found. I recommend checking the official website. Click on Documents, download the troubleshooting files and user guides. That's the only place to find appropriate information. Alternatively, contact the manufacturer directly using the available resources on the Contact US page.
