Roxio erased/removed my movies.

Movies that I purchased for my HP TouchPad were erased/removed by Roxio. Can I get the movies back or a refund? I have been trying to get an answer to my questions for over a year (2014). HP cannot help me because it is a Roxio problem. The error message on TouchPad is: "Movies on the tablet cannot be verified".

In order to get your movies back or a refund, you will need to contact the provider of the movies and explain the situation. You can try using utilities from Software Informer database to recover the deleted files, but these applications may not work because the movies were deleted about 1 year ago. Also, you can contact Roxio and ask for instructions.
