Error with the IBO Console

I am using IBOConsole.exe 1.1.12.16. What do I need to be able to register a 11.2 database? I get the following error:

ISC ERROR CODE:335544379 ISC ERROR MESSAGE: Unsupported on-disk structure for file C:\Database\MyDB.GDB; found 11.2, support 11.1.

The error means that the file you are trying to use isn't supported by the application. As you can see, you need a database compatible with the 11.1 version while you're already using 11.2. Unfortunately, the official website is not available. It means downloading is impossible at this time. There isn't anything you can do except waiting.
