The printer is not working properly after I changed the ink.

Since I changed the ink for my printer, every time I want to scan, it gives me the ! mark and I can't scan. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, unplug the power cable from the printer, wait around 20 seconds, press and hold simultaneously # and 3 and plug in the cable again. If you're using a newer HP printer with a touch-screen display, press the enter image description here icon, open the Tools menu and tap the Restore Factory Defaults option. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact HP Support team.
