Unable to print coupons.

I downloaded and installed Coupon.com Toolbar. When I tried to print coupons, a pop-up stated that the coupon is printed. I checked and nothing is printed. I tried again without success. Now, I have reached my limit. How can I correct this so that I will be able to print in the future? I'm using Firefox and Windows 7.

Firstly, make sure you're using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox and the latest version of the plugin. After that, download and install Coupon Printer and follow the instructions that you can find in the FAQ section. If you have problems, I recommend you contact the developers.
