Problem with the BIOS reset

I've been using the BIOS reset (manual) with USB keyboard without any trouble. BIOS on WHS is OK. Now I get "Operating system failure" message with blue network light on, and I cannot access files which I can see. I can't run the Server Recovery because it says "No server found." Any suggestions?

There is a support page where all the instructions are provided related to the server's factory reset and recovery. There are two links: one from Wikipedia and the other from the HP Support page. I recommend that you follow both links and the indications:
