When to use amulets?

When I have an amulet that gives me 1 or 1.5 hours of extra energy renewal, should I use it during play or when I am idle?

It's recommended to use the amulets when the game is running in the background or has a service that's running in the background and I believe it doesn't have one. Because of that, I recommend using the amulet while you are playing. If you close the game, the amulet will resume its effect from where it left off. Additionally, you can test using it when playing and when you're offline.
