Installed software but it's not working.

I have installed Triage Census version 3.02 including SQL on a pc (no LIS link). The icon appears on desktop and I have received a message that the installation was successful, however when I try to enter the administrator password the error code "Triage census is unable to connect to the database engine".

Since there is no troubleshooting or user guide available for download, I recommend checking the built-in help. Start the software then go to Help to read how to configure the application. Before that, use the SQL server and make sure it's running and accepting connection. You also have to defined an administrator and create a database. After this process, switch to Triage and configure the database as needed.
