I purchased Hp M1005 about 2 months ago, but now it shows scanner error 12. I can't print anything. Could you please help me?
There is a solution for this problem and it comes from the HP manufacturer. HP set up a page where a troubleshooting guide is presented for the following errors: Scanner Error 6, Scanner Error 12, Scanner Error 100, Scanner Error 200, and Scanner Error 300.
To obtain the fix, access the page and follow the instructions on the page. The problems should be gone afterwards.
