There are a few steps you need to take in order to migrate the software and the database. The first thing to do is to download the new application. You can use the official website for this procedure. Use the direct download URL and save the application on the new computer. On the old computer, go to File > Save as or File > Export > Password Manager Deluxe and choose a name for the database in PPD format. Transfer that file to the new computer through email or USB storage, then reinstall the software. The first thing you'll encounter after installation is a dialog window asking you to set a password. Instead of doing that, press on Open Old Database and choose the PPD file you've exported and enter your password. That's the whole process.
