Island Experiment doesn't load.

I have a problem with the Island Experiment game. Yesterday, I downloaded the new version and now it doesn't load. It stays at 0%. What can I do?

For the iOS and Android versions of the game, you will have to reinstall it. You can do this using the official app market available for your phone/tablet. If you play the game on Facebook, make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player version installed and running. Additionally, you might have encountered a maintenance session. During this time, you are unable to log-in or play the game. Latest update for Android was on February 9, 2015. Additionally, report the problem to the developer using the following email address: support@nexters.zendesk.com
