These type of applications use an ID and password to log in, but the problem is: IDs and passwords can't be obtained from online registration pages like you normally expect to. You will have to reach the phone shops around your area to buy a pre-paid card that specifically says "Compatible with VPVoice-Pro". This is the only way since the website doesn't offer any possibility to register for a username.
