Syncing phone to desktop

How do I sync Diet Assistant on iPhone to the PC's desktop? I am mostly using the desktop. There must be an easy way.

The official website of this application has been discontinued. In this case, I recommend checking the built-in Help section. Go to Help > Contents and use the Search function. Type sync and the software will display all available operations with synchronization.
