A webcam is not found or is not working properly.

I have often this error message, when I plug the cam and execute the future Winjoe application, when trying to capture an image, the system returns this message: "A webcam is not found or is not working properly. Please click connect button and try again."

The first thing you have to do is to attach the camera to PC. Wait a few seconds for Windows to detect and initialize it, then go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). The camera should be listed under the Imaging category. Once the camera is detected, start the software with Administration rights and it should work normally.

My computer is running on Windows 10. The software never recognized the camera :(
Same message. I tried you're protocol, everything seems to be well organized, but the problem in't solved.
Could you help me ?
