The IMS200 doesn't run on Windows 7

Is there any way to run IMS200 on Windows 7?

I have downloaded and installed the application. The software works normally on Windows 7, the ActiveX loads well, the interface works properly. You can check the image below to see the proof of my statement. The operating system is Windows 7x64 Ultimate.
