Please visit this link and enter the numbers and letters found on the back of the laptop under the barcodes. It should be something like Service Tag: XXXXXXX. From the moment you enter that service tag and submit the form, the system will automatically recognize your laptop and will offer you all the software and drivers necessary for your product. On the downloading page you have a set of filters and search options to narrow down results regarding date of upgrade, new software versions and update manuals. Download the ones you need based on the operating system which currently runs on your laptop.
