This is an issue that could have been caused by accidental input. I have installed Snapchat and the way I changed the degrees temperature is as follows. Start the application and connect to the Internet, then wait a few seconds to SYNC itself with the servers and switch to the weather section. Tap on the C symbol and then Snapchat will automatically change the value and the numbers (temperature) into Fahrenheit and that's it.
