The first thing you have to do is to check if other applications have sound. Try using an audio player for this purpose. If there sound is available, then the Avanquest software needs a reconfiguration. Start the software and go to Settings. Make sure that in the Audio section, a proper audio device is selected. Restart the software and it should work. Additionally, check the mute options in the project/playback interface.
