Google Play doesn't have an app that I need.

Every time I try to download "Perfect Music Downloader" on Google Play it doesn't show up. But I don't understand why because it's compatible with Google Play. Where else can I download it besides Google Play?

The application is not available on the Google Play because the app violates the Terms of Service. Because of that, apps of this kind are removed from Google Play without any possibility to restore. However, you can download the APK file through the websites listed on Google.
